Since 1972, La Marmita has been synonymous with tradition and authenticity in Alicante's culinary scene. A true local icon, the restaurant was born with the purpose of celebrating the region's rich culinary heritage—and, over the decades, has won the hearts of generations.

In 2019, under the vision of Fernando Sepulcre, La Marmita Alicantina was born, reinforcing our commitment to promoting local products. We incorporated the flavors of the land, the mountains, and the sea into our essence, paying homage to the best of Alicante and its province.

Our menu is a tribute to Alicante's Mediterranean cuisine: with a special emphasis on artisanal rice, regional wines, and fresh ingredients sourced directly from Alicante's gardens. Each dish tells a story, each flavor reveals a unique identity.
